Dan’s strong academic achievements coupled with business experience within UK blue-chips and specialist consulting companies further enhances Liberty Energy’s wealth of expertise.
Dan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Other academic achievements include a BSc (first-class honors) in Operations Management and an MA (merit) in Corporate Strategy and Governance.
Dan has an excellent understanding of compliance, securities law and SEC reporting. He attended specific training courses including the SEC Institutes ‘SEC Reporting Skills and IPO: Your Guide to Going Public’, which have focused on fundamentals of compliance such as preparing forms 10–K, 10–Q and 8–K, plus more advanced topics which included detailed analysis of MD&A’s, preparing proxy statements and Regulations S-K and S-X.
His career has included positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, providing business development and taxation strategies to entrepreneurs and private clients. He then moved into a tax consultancy position with EDF Tax LLP, offering high-level specialist strategic advice to specific client needs.
Together these academics have provided Dan with an in-depth knowledge of financial statements, organizational growth, development, structuring and strategy formulation that have proven invaluable to Liberty Energy's endeavors.
