Ratcliffe, Texas

On October 1st 2009, Liberty Energy entered into a Lease Purchase and Sale agreement to acquire four oil and gas leases in Texas.

The second of these leases, Ratliff, currently houses four wells which are primed for re-development; three of these are expected to be viable for oil and gas, with the fourth also permitted to be a saltwater disposal facility. All four wells are expected to begin production following redevelopment work including tube-testing, sand-lock and additional perforation work.
